admin Thanks to everyone who supported our two firsts this past weekend – our first-ever
toy collection at Wal-Mart in Mill Hall last Friday night with the Bucktail chapter
of Toys for Tots, and the first-ever self-promoted showcase performance by Bonnie
Bishop at Avenue 209 Saturday night (and thanks to Avenue 209, Fairfield Inn and
Suites and Lanning Music for their help in putting this show together!).
If you were not able to see Bonnie live, here’s an example of what you missed…it’s
the story of how Bishop’s song “Not Cause I Wanted To” was accepted by Bonnie Raitt
to appear on her next disc – and then it took three years for it to happen…
